___ Vital Records in Polish State Archives, Anna Laszuk, published in 2000. Lists all Polish parish and civil record offices by their German name, gives the place's Polish name, tells you in which Polish state archive its records are held, and what types of records the archive has (birth, marriage, death, etc.). Not every small village is listed. You must know the name of the parish or civil record office village. You may ask us first if you know the village but are not certain of the parish.

Records are included from areas that were Polish up until 1939, but then came under the Ukraine, Lithuania, Germany, or Russia, as well as towns that no longer exist.

Give us the name of your ancestor's parish or civil record office town--we will tell you what archive holds its records, what time period they cover, and send a Polish/English form-letter plus the archive's address.
Fee - US$10.00
