The Immigrant Genealogial Society Library has over 200 Ortssippenbücher (family lineage books) from German speaking areas. Some of these books contain notations that the person emigrated to America. Those names have been extracted by an IGS volunteer, Bob Reis. There is additional information given, often including several generations for the family.
